- Listing your PG is completely free
- Providing false contact information is not allowed
- Misleading or fake listings will be removed upon report
- We are not directly responsible for transactions between PG owners and tenants
- Always visit and verify a PG before paying any advance

- Reviews must be genuine and based on real experience
- Abusive, hateful, or spam content is not allowed
- Fake reviews can be reported — we will remove them
- We reserve the right to moderate any content
